    We value fair compensation that reflects qualifications and experience. To ensure equitable pay, each salary is calculated individually (the minimum gross annual salary for a full-time position is € 115.000,-). In addition to a fixed salary, the package includes a variable bonus equal to 30% of the fixed salary (based on 100% target achievement), participation in a share program, and either a company car or a mobility allowance.

Tasks

In this exciting role, you will be double-hatting across two key functions: Head of OS IT & Head of OS IT Integration

Head of OS IT role:

  • You design, implement, and optimize OS IT processes
  • You manage KPIs and ensure operational excellence
  • You oversee IT projects and the entire application portfolio
  • You act as the main contact for all IT topics
  • You develop IT strategy and architecture incl. cybersecurity
  • You lead digitalization initiatives and the Center of Excellence

OS IT Integration role:

  • You implement the global IT service strategy within OS and drive tech harmonization
  • You align all IT initiatives with corporate goals and regulatory requirements
  • You enforce governance, policies, and act as liaison to Corporate IT
  • You optimize and standardize IT processes using data-driven improvements
  • You ensure adherence to target architecture and approve developments
  • You manage IT infrastructure, service, and workforce transitions with strong change management

Requirements

In this senior role, we are looking for an IT leader with strategic foresight, hands-on experience, and the ability to represent Austrian within a global group environment.

  • You bring 10+ years of experience in IT, including 5+ years in a leadership role
  • You think cross-functionally and work process-oriented
  • You communicate with clarity and persuasiveness at all levels
  • You lead diverse teams in complex environments
  • You negotiate fluently in both German and English
  • You have unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market.
