Your internship is scheduled to start in February 2026 for a period of 5-6 months and will be remunerated.

Tasks

As an intern in strategic purchasing, you will support our team in exciting projects relating to the procurement, evaluation and optimization of our simulator fleet.

You will be responsible for tasks such as:

  • Analysis and preparation of purchasing and operating data in the field of flight simulators
  • Participation in total cost of ownership (TCO) calculations and profitability analyses
  • Preparation of decision papers and presentations for management
  • Support with market and supplier analyses
  • Optimization of existing data models and reporting structures

Requirements

You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of compulsory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship takes place between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year).

  • Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, logistics, data analytics, mechanical engineering or similar
  • Experienced handling of data (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Celonis or similar tools)
  • Enjoy analytical work and an understanding of numbers
  • Interest in flight simulators, aviation technology and technical contexts
  • Structured, independent way of working and ability to work in a team
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
