Tasks
As an intern, you will support the Data Architecture and Engineering Community and collaborate closely with its members.
- Contribute to the effective functioning of the community by engaging with members to identify relevant subjects, gathering and structuring topics for weekly discussions
- Support the elaboration of communication concepts (Sharepoint)
- Define relevant onboarding concepts within the community
- Support the organization and moderation of Meetings and Calls (weekly)
- Support the Community Lead by assisting with planning, coordinating, and executing community activities and tasks
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Architects to gain insights into their daily activities and actively support the realization of the community’s vision

Requirements
You should be enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of compulsory internship must be enclosed with the application).
- High sense of responsibility, commitment to delivery, and constant improvement
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience at/willingness to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
- Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English, to effectively convey topics within the team and community
- Ability to visualize and illustrate processes clearly, using visual tools e.g. PowerPoint and Miro
- Innovation and technology mindset
- Technical background or understanding is a plus
- Experience in event management or community-related activities is a plus
