Tasks
You will support the Fleet Management leadership team in various projects and play an active role in the strategic development of the division. You will accompany cross-divisional initiatives and gain insights into process optimization within the Lufthansa Group.
- You support the further development of the Group division
- You create presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- You document, develop and visualize the various fleet management business processes
- You provide methodical support for structured project tracking and key figure analysis
- You will take part in meetings and workshops where you will gain valuable insights into strategic and operational processes
- You will help with the processing of current topics and orders from the specialist departments

Requirements
Do you enjoy working on real projects, are you interested in the processes behind the scenes of an international aviation group and actively contribute your own ideas? Then you've come to the right place!
- You are enrolled in at least the third semester of business administration, economics, business studies or a comparable course of study (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of compulsory internship must be enclosed with the application) or would like to complete the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree (Gap Year)
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
- You are confident with MS Office
- You are interested in the administrative and strategic processes of an international group
- You are interested in the technical and commercial processes of fleet management
- You may even already have professional experience in aviation - but this is not a must
