As HR Lead, I play a key role in shaping the foundation of our People Operations team. I lead our People Business Partners with a focus on 4 core HR areas: Total Rewards, Insights & People Analytics, Policies & Practices, and HR Systems & Operations Enablement.

- I will Lead and coach a team of People Business Partners (ca.4), providing guidance across all HR horizontals
- Partner with the Head of People Operations and business leaders to drive strategic workforce planning and people priorities
- I will ensure smooth HR operations & compliance with local labor laws & employment regulations
- I will manage HR systems & processes to streamline operations & continuously improve employee experiences
- Lead complex employee relations cases, providing expert guidance to managers and HRBPs
- Oversee compensation and benefits strategy in alignment with market trends and company philosophy
- Ensure People Operations metrics and insights support data-driven decision making across the team
- I will closely collaborate & align HR topics with the Lufthansa Group functions

- 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior expert or leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of employment law, labor relations, and conflict resolution
- Proven experience in advising leaders and managing complex employee relations topics
- Strong HR generalist background with expertise in at least one of the core horizontal areas (e.g., rewards, systems, or policies)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in HR technology systems and an analytical mindset
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on operational delivery
- I am collaborative leader who inspires trust & drives change
- I have a proven track of leading HR strategies
- Very good command of English language, German is a plus
