When you join our team, you will:
- Monitor and process requests for aircraft parts related to a project.
- Sourcing of aircraft parts on the global market.
- Collect quotes and negotiate terms and conditions with vendors.
- Place and track purchase orders for aircraft parts during and prior of a project.
- Ensure On-time Delivery as per Required by date from Production.
- Monitor the complete supply chain until goods receipt by Warehouse.
- Coordinate with suppliers and/or Material Flow Management in case of delayed deliveryCoordinate with Finance/Strategic in case of invoice clarifications.
- Coordinate with Warehouse in case of quarantine items.
- Participate in virtual team meetings

You match our need, if you have:
- University degree in relevant area (logistics or purchasing preferred)
- Professional experience in material purchasing or technical background, preferably in aviation industry.
- Good knowledge of logistics (physical logistics, transport, planning and purchasing) processes.
- High degree of ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in business negotiations, excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Computer literate
- Experience with material resource planning systems, preferably SAP
- Тeam spirit, sense of responsibility and good interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility according to workload during the project phases
- Ability to generate new ideas and identify potential for improvement within his working area
