HR IT Intern – Cross Function Team

As an HR IT Intern in the Cross Function Team, you will support activities related to maintaining process continuity on the SuccessFactors platform.

Your responsibilities will include internal process design, documentation management, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  • Support daily administration of the SuccessFactors platform
  • Perform data Quality Checks based on predefined control lists
  • Support process optimization and standardization initiatives within the team
  • Create and update process documentation (SOPs, instructions, FAQs)
  • Collaborate with the Product & Platform Management team
  • Prepare training materials and reports
  • Handle technical tickets and coordinate with Helpdesk
  • Conduct system testing in cooperation with relevant teams

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Technical Skills:

  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • German language skills are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Windows environment
  • Experience in HR are and /or IT is an advantage

  • Ability to draft process documentation
