For our group company Deutsche Lufthansa AG we are looking for you as an intern in the area of HR Management Cockpit and Cabin Crews.


Internship start January or June or by arrangement for at least 6 months as a mandatory internship.

  • Supporting and advising the pilots, flight attendants and specialist departments employed at the Frankfurt site on labor law, collective bargaining and personnel policy issues
  • Insight into all HR-relevant processes of operational HR management, including advising the specialist department and working with the co-determination committees
  • Support in the day-to-day operations of the team
  • Supporting the head of department with HR-specific specialist and special topics

You are studying business administration, economics/social sciences, management, business law or a comparable course of study and are at least in your third semester.

  • Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application)
  • You have a high degree of initiative, independence, flexibility and commitment
  • You have very good communication and teamwork skills
  • You are characterized by a careful and systematic way of working
  • You are organized, goal-oriented and structured in your approach
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • You have high quality standards for your own work results
  • Your commitment and cordiality contribute to successful cooperation
