Tasks

Your main tasks include:

  • Collaboration in the examination and determination of space requirements, market analyses, space searches and marketing
  • Support in the preparation of contract negotiations and the drafting of rental agreements, addenda and space returns
  • Further development of internal databases and tools
  • Supporting commercial property management with various tasks
  • Support in the preparation of decision bases by working on feasibility and profitability studies
  • Support in the preparation of presentations and contract-related communication

Requirements

To complete an internship in our company, you must fulfill the following requirements:

  • Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and certificate of mandatory internship must be attached to the application) or internship between the Bachelor and Master studies (Gap Year)
  • Basic knowledge of contract management
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills
  • Reliability and sociability
  • Quick comprehension, analytical and conceptual way of thinking and enjoy working in a team in an interdisciplinary environment
  • Very good knowledge of common MS Office programs
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
