You are a digital native, you love teamwork, and have a passion for air cargo? Are you excited about making a real impact by exploring complex digital challenges, developing the IT solutions with your ideas? Then become part of our Team which is responsible for Innovation & IT Product Development.
- Develop innovative solution, concepts and specific recommendations for action to address challenges in the ULD management environment
- Monitor and analyse the market for new technologies, trends, methods, and processes
- Analyse processes and business ideas, identifying opportunities for process support and automation in close collaboration with relevant departments
- Design and define target architecture and solution approaches based on current technologies and methods, in collaboration with clients, product managers, and development service providers
- Lead the further development of parts of the application landscape, change management, IT product management, and continuous optimisation of processes concerning cost efficiency and quality

The ideal Team Player will have....
- Completed university degree relevant to the role or equivalent qualifications through relevant training and professional experience
- Relevant professional experience
- Good knowledge of operational processes in cargo airlines or logistics service providers
- Knowledge of UX design and (big) data analytics is desirable
- Experience with agile methodologies is preferred
- Strong strategic, forward-thinking, and results-oriented mindset
- Confident and representative appearance, persuasive and assertive skills
- Excellent intercultural and communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, creativity, and presentation skills
- Strong planning, coordination, and decision-making ability
- Excellent German & English skills
- Willingness to travel
