Tasks
You will be responsible for the efficient planning and management of Unit Load Devices (ULDs) for the EMEA region using our in-house software solutions.
Independent working and team success are equally important to us. This position reports to the Head of ULD Control Desk EMEA.
The Specific Responsibilities are;
- Managing ULD (Unit Load Device) movements worldwide aiming to provide ULDs according to demand & to deliver the required Service level as per customer specific SLD & SLA, including additional services where required & agreed with the customer
- Inventory monitoring and management within customer networks.
- Comprehensive analysis of weaknesses in ULD supply and data quality, developing and implementing solutions with involved departments, and operational handling of station requests in the ULD management system
- Acting as a point of contact for all customer stations worldwide on all ULD matters and operational issues
- Handling complex and difficult individual cases
