  • You are the face of the airport and meet people from all over the world - an important part of their journey by ensuring that they arrive at their destination safely and relaxed.

  • You welcome our guests personally in the terminal and offer support with check-in, baggage acceptance and information - always with a smile on your face.

  • You help our passengers at the self-check-in machines and ensure that their journey begins smoothly.

  • You coordinate boarding and play a key role in ensuring that departures are punctual and organized.

  • You look after passengers in the event of flight irregularities and ensure that they feel they are in good hands even in difficult situations

Onboarding

The first 3 months of the apprenticeship differ from your future working hours model. Your working hours are increased and you also work during the
week:

  • In the 1st month 100% full-time (38.5 hours per week)

  • In the 2nd month 75% part-time (28.9 hours per week)

  • In the 3rd month 75% part-time
Working hours

We offer you your desired service model from the 4th month:

  • At 30% you work SA+SO

  • At 50% you work SA+SO, as well as MO or FR

  • You have one weekend/month off

  • You have fixed agreed shifts: Early, day or late shifts with max. 8.5 hours

  • You work full-time in the summer
