Your responsibility includes managing complaints and inquiries within the legal domain for SWISS, as well as overseeing routine administrative duties like mailbox handling and sorting of incoming letters. Additionally, you may be assigned ad-hoc tasks as needed.
- Assist our Lead team and Experts with various short- and long-term assignments
- Take over administrative tasks for the department
- Support our legal teams with various tasks e.g. proceed with payments
- Develop own ideas for improvement and participate in projects

- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
