As a member of our Legal Feedback Team, your primary role involves addressing legal and paralegal inquiries originating from SWISS. Our objective is to provide thorough and high-quality responses to all such requests.

Your responsibility includes managing complaints and inquiries within the legal domain for SWISS, as well as overseeing routine administrative duties like mailbox handling and sorting of incoming letters. Additionally, you may be assigned ad-hoc tasks as needed.

  • Assist our Lead team and Experts with various short- and long-term assignments
  • Take over administrative tasks for the department
  • Support our legal teams with various tasks e.g. proceed with payments
  • Develop own ideas for improvement and participate in projects

  • Workload Specification: For this position, a 70%-100% workload is preferred
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Tourism or in similar field of study
  • German and English fluently spoken and written, French or Italian is an asset
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
