You will support our team of communications experts within the SWISS Flight Operations department in the below-mentioned fields. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to conduct your own smaller projects.
- Creating and publishing news, photos and documents on our in-house news platform “MySWISS”
- Helping to manage our operational communications channels
- Preparing and distributing mass mailings using our Newsletter tool
- Editing texts in German and English
- Managing the disposition of PR-Pilots to various PR-assignments
- Working on projects and in crisis communications
- Researching and writing texts on various topics related to flight operations

We are looking for a reliable person with quick perception, excellent writing skills and an eye for detail. If on top of that you are communicative, creative and team- as well as goal-oriented, then it is a perfect match. First experience in journalism, PR, photography or video production is a plus.
- Workload Specification: For this position an 100% workload is preferred
- HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates with a specialism in communications, journalism or aviation, or experience as a cabin crew member (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters)
- An ability to present complex issues, contexts and connections to different target groups
- A quick perception, high initiative and good social skills
- Excellent spoken and written German and English skills
- Very good MS Office skills
- Initial work experience in journalism, PR, photography, video production would be an advantage
- Initial work experience with CMS or the Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage
