Your tasks as Senior Project Stream Manager may include, among others:

  • Independently manage and supervise development within the project streams in a time and cost-efficient manner, support change ensures successful transfer and stabilization into routine operation
  • Design business and/or production processes
  • Develop and implement measures to optimize business and/or production processes
  • Efficiently communicate with corresponding LHT interfaces or other involved business units
  • Prepare and participate and present in meetings with Senior Management as required and directed by the Head of PMO
  • Manage change initiated by transformation projects, provide instructions and trainings
  • Managing risks: Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure the responsible project stream is delivered on time

To thrive in this role, we value a combination of the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in project management, particularly in engineering or construction projects
  • At least 5+ years of experience in international business environment
  • Successfully managed and delivered over 5 large-scale projects
  • Business fluency in English language required
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and best practices
  • PMP or similar certification is desirable
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Resilience to stress and high workload, conflict management skills
  • Willingness to work in Canada and abroad
  • Must possess a legal work permit in Canada
