Tasks
Immerse yourself in the diverse world of Lufthansa and gain an insight into HR management. Together with our team, you can contribute to positioning Lufthansa Airlines as an attractive employer brand and help to find young talent for our company.
- Design, plan and implement employer branding activities with us
- Market and data research are also part of your exciting tasks, e.g. creating reports and benchmarks on training offers
- Organize and accompany workshops with us and our colleagues at (demand drivers)
- Create convincing argumentation and decision papers for management and draft creative communication and training documents
- You will also have the opportunity to work on exciting projects

Requirements
At the time of the internship, you should be at least in the 3rd semester of your studies and ideally have the following qualifications:
- Enrolment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrolment and a written proof of compulsory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
- Ongoing studies in a relevant subject area (e.g. economics, marketing, psychology, communication or comparable degree program)
- Analytical skills and enjoy working with data and research
- Interest in talent attraction and employer branding
- Good communication skills and creative ideas
- Independent and proactive way of working
- Fluency in German and English
