Your main tasks include, among others:
- Independently manage and supervise strategic LEAN projects at LTES and within the MES network, enabling production, production related departments and other organizational units to apply LEAN principles and methodologies
- Design, coordinate and oversee continuous improvement activities and performance improvement measures
- Act as a coach and trainer to empower organization-wide learning and foster the growth of a LEAN culture
- Design and optimize business and production processes to maximize value, eliminate was, and improve production flow
- Manage change initiated by transformation projects, provide instructions and trainings
* Perform all other duties as assigned or required by Head of Portfolio & Network Development

Step into the role of a Project Manager - LEAN, check the requirements below:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree desirable
- At least 3 years of experience in Project LEAN environment
- Fluency in English language required
- German language desirable
- LEAN principles & methodologies (Lean Six Sigma green/black belt or equivalent desirable, Project management (PMP certification desirable)
- Technical and processual knowledge in aerospace industry, specifically engine services
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as user
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent business sense
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent understanding of mathematical concepts
- Excellent problem solving
- Excellent quality consciousness
- Excellent productivity driven
- Excellent reasoning ability
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
