You will develop user-centered UX/UI concepts, implement design systems and shape the digital future of Miles & More together with our channel teams.
- Development of user-centered designs from concept to design handover for app, web, email and other touchpoints
- Development of wireframes, mockups and prototypes in Figma
- Collaboration on the further development of the Miles & More design system
- Close collaboration with channel managers, product owners and developers
- Conducting usability tests and deriving optimizations
- Ensuring a consistent user experience across all digital channels

- Degree in Interaction Design, Communication Design, HCI or similar (or equivalent professional experience)
- Proven experience as a UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects
- At least 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
- Experience with handover processes into programming is an advantage
- Experienced with Figma and common design and prototyping tools
- Experience in working with design systems
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Experience in agile working environments and the ability to communicate clearly and actively
