Lead our new Center of Expertise in translating strategic insights into impactful programs. Drive Future Readiness and Health initiatives that empower our workforce to thrive in an evolving aviation landscape while ensuring sustainable employability.
- Develop and evolve comprehensive strategies for Workforce Planning, Learning & Development, Future Skills, Talent Management and Change initiatives
- Design and steer the company-wide Health strategy, including Case Management and Ground Duty for flying staff, in strong collaboration with Medical Services, Occupational Safety & Health and external partners.
- Translate business needs and HR analytics into actionable concepts, programs, and scalable solutions implemented across the organization
- Drive portfolio management, prioritization, evaluation, and success measurement of all Future Readiness and Health programs
- Lead a team of approximately 7 professionals, providing strategic direction and operational excellence

- Master's degree in a relevant field of study
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies, particularly in Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Future Skills and Health Management
- Analytical mindset to translate People Analytics, health KPIs, and skill gap data into innovative HR approaches
- Extensive experience designing, steering, and scaling HR programs with strong project and portfolio management skills
- Demonstrated expertise in Change Management and cultural transformation in complex environments
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners and with C-level communication proficiency
- Leadership experience with strong coaching, empowerment, and development capabilities
- Fluent in German and English
