Lead a pivotal staff function supporting the Head of HR in operationalizing HR strategy and establishing data-driven decision-making. Drive People Analytics, HR Communication, Culture & Engagement, and DEI initiatives that transform how we manage our workforce.
- Develop and operationalize the HR strategy in close collaboration with the Head of HR and HR Leadership Team, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Build, advance, and implement "People Analytics" – from data integration to actionable insights and management recommendations
- Lead HR Communication strategy and execution, ensuring transparent and engaging messaging across the organization
- Drive Engagement programs, Culture development initiatives, and comprehensive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategies
- Provide strategic sparring partnership to the Head of HR on prioritization, decision-making, and implementation of key HR initiatives
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 5 specialists, fostering excellence across strategy, analytics, communication, and culture domains

You're a strategic HR thought leader with deep analytical expertise and cultural sensitivity. Your ability to transform data into compelling narratives and strategic action makes you an trusted partner to senior Leadership and an invaluable member of the HR leadership Team.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management, or related field with 10 years of HR, strategy, or organizational development experience
- Proven expertise in People Analytics, including dashboard development, HR metrics, and translating data into strategic recommendations for decision-making
- Experience in HR Communication strategies and cultural transformation initiatives
- Strong background in developing and implementing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies with measurable impact
- Leadership experience with excellent coaching skills
- Outstanding stakeholder management and excellent communication skills in German and English with ability to influence and advise at C-level
