Your internship will be located directly in the aircraft hangar and you will support projects and optimize existing processes together with colleagues from maintenance.
- You will learn the important role that processes and procedures play in aircraft maintenance
- You will learn how important the human factor and cooperation between departments is for these processes to work
- Your tasks will include project management in smaller projects at the site, supporting process analyses and process optimization and taking on tasks in day-to-day business

Aircraft maintenance depends on the people who carry out these activities. For this reason, a high level of social competence is required in addition to analytical and conceptual skills.
- To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester of study at the time of the internship
- Enrolled for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrolment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree (Gap Year)
- Very good analytical skills, quick comprehension and organizational talent
- Methodological competence in project management
- Strong initiative, flexibility and sense of responsibility
- Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fun and creativity in finding innovative solutions
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
