Key Responsibilities
- Oversee calibrated tools and equipment to ensure proper control and accountability
- Coordinate timely calibration and maintenance according to the relevant schedules and regulations
- Liaise with external providers to resolve calibration issues or delays
- Inspect tools after calibration for damage or inconsistencies before reuse
- Maintain accurate records to ensure traceability and support audits
- Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure tools are serviceable and ready
The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Have at least a GCSE-level education
- Preferably bring experience in aviation within an EASA Part 145 environment
- Ideally experienced in handling calibrated tools within a highly regulated environment
- Confident using computers; familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently
- Collaborative team player with a flexible work approach
- Physically capable of light lifting
- Primarily available for day shifts, with occasional flexibility to support full coverage
- Open to completing required training
