Join our airline as a Public Affairs Associate and help shape aviation policy. You will support our strategic positioning on regulatory and public issues, working at the crossroads of aviation, politics, and stakeholder relations.

  • Research and monitor political developments relevant to aviation (using LARI as monitoring tool)
  • Draft briefings and position papers on regulatory and policy issues
  • Manage stakeholders and support meetings and events
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on policy-related topics
  • Develop and lead advocacy projects
  • Prepare presentations and communication materials
  • Document activities and manage schedules
  • Occasional Travel (approx. 5-10%)

  • University degree in law, international relations, communications, political science, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in public affairs, government relations, or policy analysis
  • Excellent knowledge of Switzerland’s political system; knowledge of the aviation industry is an advantage
  • Ability to manage complexity and competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
  • Diplomatic, articulate, well-organized and team-oriented personality
  • Fluency in German and advanced English skills; advanced knowledge of French is a strong advantage

Temporary position due to maternity leave until May 30th 2026. Extension might be possible.
