Join our airline as a Public Affairs Associate and help shape aviation policy. You will support our strategic positioning on regulatory and public issues, working at the crossroads of aviation, politics, and stakeholder relations.
- Research and monitor political developments relevant to aviation (using LARI as monitoring tool)
- Draft briefings and position papers on regulatory and policy issues
- Manage stakeholders and support meetings and events
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on policy-related topics
- Develop and lead advocacy projects
- Prepare presentations and communication materials
- Document activities and manage schedules
- Occasional Travel (approx. 5-10%)

- University degree in law, international relations, communications, political science, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in public affairs, government relations, or policy analysis
- Excellent knowledge of Switzerland’s political system; knowledge of the aviation industry is an advantage
- Ability to manage complexity and competing priorities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
- Diplomatic, articulate, well-organized and team-oriented personality
- Fluency in German and advanced English skills; advanced knowledge of French is a strong advantage
