We as help alliance are the aid organization of the Lufthansa Group and create a positive social impact worldwide with our projects and volunteers.

  • Development of communication strategies and creation and implementation of a communication concept
  • Responsibility for regular internal and external communication, including storytelling approaches
  • Development and implementation of social media campaigns including media planning, analysis and performance measurement
  • Writing editorial articles, social media posts and press releases
  • Planning and implementation of target group-oriented newsletters (e.g. advisory board/patron and donors)
  • Briefing and managing external service providers (e.g. agencies, printers) to create suitable campaigns and advertising materials
  • Conception, organization and support of internal events and functions

  • Completed university degree in journalism, communication and media studies, media and public relations, humanities or comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in marketing, communication and public relations
  • Experience in creating communication strategies, project management and working with digital media
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident handling of social media platforms and content management systems
  • Storytelling skills and the ability to develop target group-oriented content
  • Organizational talent and experience in event management and fundraising
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with internal departments and external service providers
