As Head of Business Development & Corporate Responsibility you are leading a diverse and cross-functional team of 10 employees. Together with your team you are driving the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives by aligning different areas and departments.
- Shaping the future direction of SWISS through the conception, management and execution of key business development initiatives and related projects
- Steering of the organisational development
- Define and ensure the implementation of the sustainability roadmap in all areas within SWISS and steering of projects related to Corporate Responsibility topics
- Design the organizational structures needed to ensure the future readiness of the company and support top management with their restructuring challenges
- Ensure strategic focus and priorities are implemented within SWISS efficiency program
- The position also ensures the Corporate Office activities for the Management Board

- Master’s degree in economics, business engineering or a natural science discipline
- 10 years of experience in a similar role and leading cross-functional teams
- Specific experience in organisational- and process design, project management and/or business consulting
- Broad experience in different markets and industries, experience in airline industry is a strong advantage
- Convincing management and leadership skills
- Proven success and experience in large, corporate-wide projects
- “Can-do” mentality combined with strong implementation skills
- Excellent communications skills in German as well as in English and the ability to simplify complicated matters
