In order to strengthen the focus on synergies and on overall cost reduction of the material supply and services, the Procurement Part-145 team is looking for a strategic procurement responsible to evaluate, negotiate and implement contracts with various material & service suppliers and partners.
- Development of relevant material & service supply strategy - analysis of supplier market and evaluation of market opportunities
- Management of all commercial and sourcing aspects of assigned Part-145 materials and services - implementation and hand-over of new contracts incl. establishment of procedure manuals
- Sourcing and tendering coordination within group developments and support of a major efficiency project
- Supplier performance management and improvement initiatives
- Follow up on actual costs including cost review and invoice approval - management of contractual parameters in relevant systems and tools
- Evaluating and driving new supply concepts and make use of digitization opportunities

- University / FH degree in Business Administration
- Additional Procurement/Supply Chain degree as an advantage
At least 3 years working experience in (Strategic) Procurement in the aviation environment - Proven negotiation skills and advanced experience in project management
- Very structured and analytical person with conceptual skills
- Sound financial knowledge and broad understanding of value flows
- Good technical understanding and/or high affinity to technical environment
- Strong achievement attitude and persistence in negotiations
- Very good MS office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English and German with strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
