As the Part-145 training organization, we provide a wide range of courses – from classroom sessions to practical on-aircraft training – including safety-related topics. In addition, we support production with tooling guidance, user documentation, training videos, and best-practice demonstrations.
- Deliver training and demonstrations on aircraft, covering best practices, tool usage, training videos, and on-demand support/advice
- Train employees on safety equipment and safety-critical topics (e.g. working at heights)
- Coordinate closely with production, the tool store, and GSE departments
- Define, analyze, and align training needs with operational requirements
- Develop new training solutions and update existing material to maintain high quality and relevance
- Contribute to projects involving new equipment, procedures, and purchasing decisions

- Licensed aircraft engineer with an active B1 and/or B2 license and company Certification Authorization, with at least three (3) years of experience
- Experience as an authorized engineer on SWISS fleet aircraft is an asset
- Strong motivation to transfer knowledge to students and colleagues
- Willingness to adapt working hours when required (some demonstrations may take place at night)
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to new situations
- Strong communication skills in English; German language skills are considered an advantage
