With our small but excellent Vulnerability Management Team, we ensure transparency with regard to the development of the Lufthansa Group's security level.
We identify vulnerabilities with the help of vulnerability scanners, the Lufthansa BugBounty Program and penetration tests, prepare the results for our Group divisions and monitor the elimination of vulnerabilities.

We are looking for an experienced Vulnerability Manager (m/f/d) who not only identifies technical vulnerabilities, but also analyzes their systemic causes and communicates them throughout the company.

  • Holistic vulnerability management: detection, assessment and prioritization of security gaps, taking into account complex system interrelationships
  • Root cause analysis: identification of systemic weaknesses in processes, architectures and IT structures
  • Reporting and KPIs: Creation and maintenance of meaningful dashboards and development of comprehensible key figures for management levels
  • Methodology: further development and implementation of vulnerability management strategies and guidelines

Become part of our Vulnerability Management Team and take responsibility for the central vulnerability information program of the Lufthansa Group within the Cyber Defence Center.

You have an intrinsically motivated analytical mindset and are able to communicate complex technical content to your target audience at eye level.

  • Successfully completed university studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, economics with computer science knowledge, natural sciences or engineering or comparable courses of study
  • Sound knowledge in the areas of IT systems and architectures, networks and applications and their security risks
  • Knowledge of vulnerability scanners and assessment systems (e.g. CVE, CVSS, NIST, ISO/IEC27001)
  • Experience in dealing with stakeholders from DevOps to the CIO
  • Structured and solution-oriented working style combined with initiative and creativity
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Two to three days per week presence in our offices in Raunheim
