Do you love the atmosphere at the airport and have always wondered how all these procedures and processes interact? The main tasks of the internship will give you a better understanding:

  • You implement new passenger processes in cooperation with our stakeholders such as product management, revenue management and IT
  • You roll out, define and document LHG Ground Ops processes worldwide
  • You plan, support and monitor test runs on site, for example hand baggage test runs
  • You are the communication interface to the decision makers in Ground Operations
  • You carry out process analyses of passenger handling in order to identify optimization potentials
  • You prepare management reports
  • You take on smaller projects
