IT Customer Service Intern

What you’ll do:

  • Provide professional support to customers in English & German (B2 level)
  • Learn and assist with the Duty Travel processes (full training provided)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and help keep our processes running smoothly
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver excellent service
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with attention to detail and empathy

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

What we offer

Who we’re looking for:

  • Enthusiastic learners eager to grow in IT and customer service
  • Language skills - both English and German at min. B2 level are required
  • Experience with customers is a plus, but corporate experience is not required
  • Team players with good communication skills
