In this role, you lead a team of psychologists, supported during peak times by a trusted network of freelancers. Together, you design and conduct assessment services for the selection of SWISS pilots as well as for flight crew of other customers of the SWISS Assessment Center.

  • Strategically develop the SWISS Flight Crew Assessment Center
  • Lead and inspire your team with a strong focus on culture, collaboration and well-being
  • Coordinate and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external providers and customers to keep operations and projects running smoothly
  • Ensure excellence in assessment of SWISS cockpit personnel according to EASA, IATA, LHG and SWISS quality standards - always grounded in best industry practice
  • Ensure training and guidance of assessment professionals
  • Ensure design and delivery of valid and reliable selection processes for flight deck crews, pilot management positions and specialists 
  • Provide expert support in selection, development, transfer and suspension decisions for flight deck crews

  • Experience in change management
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Strong self-leadership, able to set priorities, take initiative, make pragmatic decisions
  • Analytical and strategic capabilities
  • Master's in Psychology with focus on personality assessments or significant experience in relevant field as advantage
  • Respect and confidentiality in dealing with applicants and employees, with passion for their development
  • Enjoyment in teamwork and openness to change
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); other Swiss national languages as an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with PowerPlatform and PowerBI is an advantage
