- Independent implementation of area-specific administrative tasks
- Planning and implementation of test supervision
- Scheduling of theory courses
- Data processing in department-specific applications
- Supporting the planning of theory training in compliance with LAT PA processes
- Processing leave requests and sick notes to adjust planning
- Supporting the training manager in monitoring quality and compliance with legal requirements
- At least intermediate level of education
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Experience in administration, office organization, planning tasks desirable
- Organizational skills
- Great commitment, resilience, flexibility and independence
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Confident and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to work in a team and very good communication skills
- Intercultural competence
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) is required
- Strong interest in the airline sector
- Willingness to undergo the necessary further training
