As a Logistics Intern, you will contribute by performing the following duties, among others:

 

  • Monitoring and reporting on Handling, Quality, and other relevant Regional Key Performance Indicators
  • Developing and implementing new reporting tools, as well as continuously improving existing reports and measures
  • Collecting and maintaining data related to handling, quality, and cost for short- and medium-term planning and project management
  • Supporting in the preparation and reporting of target achievement for procurement contract
  • Creating reports and presentations for middle and upper management, and coordinating meetings
  • Supporting the development and implementation of new handling and supply chain processes
  • Carrying out ad-hoc tasks as required by middle and upper management

 

* Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

  • Highschool GED required
  • Recent College Grad / current Undergrad or Greater student desirable
  • Interest in Aviation, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Project Management 
  • Fluency in English language required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (with emphasis in excel)
  • Excellent ability to work on multiple assignments with tight deadlines
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong affinity to figures and analysis
  • Excellent ability to gather facts and figures and write short concise briefing papers
  • Excellent presentation skills
