- Improve backend test automation
- Define and maintain common standards and scripts for test automation
- Train the team on the set standards and monitor their implementation
- Apply different technologies to support development teams
- Support team QAs with all questions related to test automation
- Provide technical onboarding in backend testing for new team team members
- Support general topics within the system team as needed
- At least 5 years of experience in software testing
- In-depth knowledge of Smartbear ReadyAPI
- CI/CD using Azure DevOps
- Scripting skills (Linux Bash, Python)
- Business English
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Nice to have: ISTQB certification (preferably Technical Test Analyst or Automated Software Tester)
- Nice to have: Java programming skills
