When you join our team, you will:
- Assist in the management of supplier contracts, including preparation and review of requests for quotations (RFQs) and price analyses.
- Maintain and update supplier price lists in SAP.
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers on operational and procurement-related matters.
- Coordinate and interact with relevant internal departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Provide project support, including preparation of technical documentation, Excel data sheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations.

You match our need, if you:
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous internship or project experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate proactively and openly.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to learning.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
