Support us in the Building Projects team in designing and renovating our buildings to create optimal and future-oriented production conditions.

The internship is scheduled to start in November 2025 for 5 months. The internship is remunerated.

Our buildings must constantly be adapted to new production processes and maintained accordingly. Construction often takes place during ongoing operations – in close coordination with everyone involved. Together, we also find unconventional solutions to keep things running smoothly.

  • At the site, we look after an almost unique cross-section of all construction issues. Our managed building portfolio includes administration buildings, canteens, aircraft hangars, air traffic areas, mechanical and electronic workshops with clean air conditions, an electroplating plant and extensive - in some cases fully automated - logistics areas.
  • Coordinating and moderating user requirements
  • Setting up project structures in project management
  • Developing and evaluating solution variants
  • Estimating costs
  • Obtaining offers for external specialist planners and contractors
  • Developing implementation concepts in close coordination with production
  • Accompanying the implementation of construction measures
Environment_LHT Basis

A production plant in Hamburg like a small town!

  • Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate must be enclosed with the application)
  • Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture (Bachelor or Master)
  • Studies already advanced (degree in sight / or already in Master's program)
  • Focus of interest on construction in existing buildings and / or project management
  • Good knowledge of English
