Your main tasks include, among others:

  • Create detailed job cards for maintenance tasks based on engineering specifications and requirements
  • Review and verify the accuracy of job cards and configuration documentation
  • Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure all tasks are clearly defined and documented
  • Develop and maintain network standards for job card writing
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all documentation
  • Create shop reports for customer review
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving configuration issues
  • Provide training and support to maintenance personnel on job card usage and configuration procedures
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of maintenance records and configurations

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the aviation sector required
  • Fluency in English language required
  • German language desirable
  • Familiar with FAA Certification issues, i.e. airworthiness directives, service bulletins and Federal Aviation Regulations
  • Understanding of engineering and maintenance processes
  • Proficiency in documentation and configuration management systems
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
  • Proficiency in documentation and configuration management systems
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to travel
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Shift work / overtime
  • Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
