Your tasks:

  • You operate and maintain our IT and OT systems, e.g. networks, servers, databases and virtual platforms - and ensure that everything runs smoothly
  • You find and rectify faults, analyze problems and continuously improve our systems and interfaces
  • You implement technical changes from the idea to the documentation, if necessary also with your own programming
  • You manage external service providers, define requirements and oversee implementation through to acceptance
  • You analyse production data (e.g. energy consumption, warehouse utilization) and provide support with evaluations and suggestions for optimization

Behind the scenes - but at the heart of the action

Even if the control center is visible in the picture - your work takes place directly on our IT and OT systems. You actively ensure that everything runs reliably and that faults are rectified quickly.

Ideally, you bring the following:

  • A completed university degree in a relevant field, or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through relevant training and professional experience
  • Proven professional experience in warehouse and conveyor technology
  • In-depth knowledge of hardware and software technologies, including Java, Linux, SQL-based database systems, IT networks, and PLC communication protocols
  • Strong team spirit with the ability to provide technical guidance to colleagues
  • Excellent analytical thinking and the ability to present complex issues persuasively
  • Flexibility and willingness to be available on call
  • Fluency in both German and English
