- Lead, plan and control strategic production projects as well as ensure progress is being made in line with the plans and commercial targets;
- Monitor performance and productivity, ensuring operational efficiency as well as implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity;
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding maintenance progress and aircraft readiness;
- Collaborate with planning, engineering, materials and other depart. to optimize workflow;
- Develop and mentor aircraft team leaders and mechanics fostering a culture of safety, quality and accountability;
- Develop leadership standards in line with company policies, ensuring adherence to all organizational best practices and values;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company high standards;

- University degree in Engineering, Business Management, Economics or equivalent aircraft maintenance experience;
- Proven leadership experience in aircraft maintenance management (line/base);
- Understanding of MRO operations and processes;
- Understanding of aviation regulatory requirements (e.g. local CAA/EASA);
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, solution-focused mind-set;
- Self-motivated, flexible, and confident in decision-making, with the awareness to seek support when needed and a commitment to developing others;
- Willing to work in flexible working time;
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
