What You’ll Do
Intercompany & General Ledger Accounting
- Process incoming and outgoing intercompany invoices in line with Lufthansa Group policies
- Settle receivables and payables between group entities (WIP clearing)
- Post and reverse monthly/yearly accruals
- Reconcile ARAP/PRAP accounts
- Collaborate with consolidation and finance teams
Closing & Reporting
- Support monthly and year-end closing activities
- Reconcile balance sheet and P&L accounts (WIP reconciliation)
- Ensure data accuracy in financial systems and reports
Fixed Assets
- Handle fixed asset accounting processes
Process Support
- Maintain up-to-date process documentation
- Actively communicate with internal customers and business units
- Contribute to process improvements and continuous improvement (CI) initiatives
*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

What We’re Looking For
- University degree or at least 3rd year of studies in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Minimum 1 year of experience in GL, Fixed Assets, AP, or AR
- Very good English (min. B2); German is a plus
- Good knowledge of SAP and MS Excel is an asset
- Experience in airline accounting is a plus
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and systematic approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Customer-focused attitude
