As a UI Design Chapter Lead I elevate visual excellence and uphold design consistency. I cultivate and grow our UI design community, strengthen collaboration and most importantly ensure that our products reflect a seamless, accessible, and brand-aligned visual language along the customer journey.

  • I lead the UI design chapter – build, guide and inspire our UI designers across multiple product teams
  • I raise the bar on design quality – define UI design standards, own the strategic direction and capability growth of the expertise
  • I drive UI design governance – evolve design guidelines, and ensure consistent application
  • I steer the digital brand management & design system – shape roadmaps and priorities
  • I balance leadership & craft – serve as a domain expert, thought leader and foster excellence by building and spreading best practices
  • I shape the design culture – foster knowledge sharing and innovation with the UI chapter
  • I collaborate cross-functionally – partner with UX design, user research and UX writing chapters as well as brand and business to create cohesive user experiences

  • At least 8 years of experience in UI / Visual Design with proven leadership in mentoring and developing designers
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional education in user experience, media design, HCI, or interaction design
  • Proficiency in Figma (or similar) with deep expertise in design principles, systems, visual storytelling and accessibility.
  • Strong knowledge of digital content (readability, conciseness, graphics, SEO, WCAG) and user-centric approaches (target groups, scenarios, dialogues).
  • Experience in cross-functional teams, aligning user-centered thinking in agile contexts
  • Comfortable and competent to align user centered thinking in an agile working environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Fluent in English
