What you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating & developing a high-performing sales team
- Fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, & self-organization
- Hiring & onboarding top sales talent
- Defining & executing regional sales strategies and activity plans
- Setting clear goals & conducting regular performance reviews
- Building efficient team structures
- Strong internal communication
- Growing & managing key client relationships at decision-maker level
- Driving new business & market expansion opportunities
- Leading contract negotiations & overseeing bids and tenders
- Supporting & coaching the team in client-facing negotiations
- Ensuring compliance with sales processes and tools
- Acting as project sponsor for key client initiatives & implementation projects
- Monitoring pricing, market trends & competitive developments

What you bring with you:
- Degree in aviation, business administration or in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in leading teams, preferably in sales area
- Working experience in/with MEA region
- Professional experience in sales, account management or comparable positions
- Proven negotiation skills and client management experience
- Solid understanding of airline business processes
- Strong leadership & team development skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Customer-focused and service-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English and good German skills; another MEA region related language is a plus
- High level of initiative, resilience and flexibility
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Ability to drive decisions & mediate conflict
- Experience in working effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders and functions
