Community of Practice (CoP) help us in achieving horizontal alignment across all value streams of the Digital Hangar. Promoting collaboration and innovation, creating a culture of continuous improvement. 

As an intern, you will be working closely with the Community of Practice Leaders, as well as with Community Members.

  • Contribute to the effective functioning of the CoP by engaging with members to identify relevant subjects, gathering and structuring topics for weekly discussions
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities where AI can enhance and support existing workflows
  • Support the elaboration of CoP communication concepts (Sharepoint)
  • Define CoP relevant onboarding concepts
  • Support the organization and moderation of CoP Meetings and Calls (weekly)
  • Support the CoP Lead in planning and executing Community Surveys
  • Accompany Digital POs and Digital BAs in their daily doings

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in computer science, marketing, business administration, mathematics or similar studies
