As an Expert Infrastructure, this role manages technical, infrastructural, and facility operations at LTPT’s training site, ensuring all maintenance meets legal and internal standards to enable efficient, safe, cost-effective, and high-quality production processes.
Responsibilities and Tasks including but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee technical infrastructure (electrical, water, fire safety, IT) and Tool & Equipment systems
- Manage facility operations (classrooms, hangars, training centers)
- Handle Tool & Equipment operations incl. fault analysis and solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Plan and oversee renovations, repairs, and expansions
- Manage budgets and control costs for technical services
- Support procurement of materials and service contracts
- Collaborate with departments to align ops with training needs
- Liaise with authorities, contractors, and Headquarters
- Lead infrastructure projects and process improvements
- Support sustainability and energy-saving initiatives

We're seeking an Expert Infrastructure to lead technical, infrastructural, and facility operations at training center, ensuring all maintenance complies with legal and organizational standards to support efficient, safe, and high-quality production at optimal cost.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Good written and spoken Portuguese and English skills
- Degree in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, facility management, building services engineering
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and cleaning for buildings/equipment
- Ensure legal and internal compliance
- Support budget planning and cost control
- Advise management on facility issues
- Analyze and resolve technical faults
- Interface with Lufthansa Technik
- Support audits and procurement
- Drive process improvements and T&E/FM projects
