- Your communication skills support us in attracting young talent at various events
- You work with us on university and apprentice marketing, design career platforms and creative social media posts
- You conceive, plan and implement HR marketing activities with us
- Market and data research are also part of your exciting tasks, e.g. in event tracking and the creation of reports
- As a team player, you will be fully involved in community management and work hand in hand with the various business areas of the LHGroup
- You give us your analytical power in our strategic process optimization so that we can find the best talent for our team. Let's do this!

At the time of the internship, you must be at least in the 3rd semester of a degree course in economics, marketing, psychology, communication or a comparable course.
- Ongoing studies in a relevant subject area (e.g. economics, marketing, psychology, communication or comparable degree program)
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and certificate of mandatory internship must be attached to the application) or internship between the Bachelor and Master studies (Gap Year)
- Interest in talent attraction, employer branding and HR marketing
- Good communication skills and creative ideas in the field of social media
- Analytical skills and enjoy working with data and research
- Independent and proactive way of working
- Fluency in German and English
