As the Director Sales & Fulfillment Single Component Repairs, you will take on a diverse set of responsibilities, such as:
- Drive expansion of Closed Loop Aircraft Component business across the Americas
- Lead acquisition and retention efforts through contract negotiation, renewal and customer relationship management
- Shape product offerings to market requirements and develop strategic partnerships with airlines, lessors and OEMs
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability and agile decision-making aligned with ACS collaboration mindset
- Oversee contract execution, phase-in, fulfillment and phase-out processes
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce turnaround time (TAT), work-in-progress (WIP) and enhance throughput
- Integrate Data and AI-driven tools and digital platforms to enhance forecasting, quoting, contract management and customer interaction

To excel in this role, we seek candidates who possess a combination of the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree desirable
- 5-7 years of experience in component MRO business in a managerial position with P&L responsibility required
- Fluency in English language required
- German and Spanish language desirable
- Knowledge in aviation MRO, sales, accounting and customer Service required
- Knowledge in Leadership desirable
- MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & power BI basic
- Excellent adaptability

- Excellent oral communication
- Excellent written communication
- Excellent conceptual thinking/procedure
