As the Multi-Task Station Agent, you will perform the following duties:

  • Provide customer care and sales-information to customers (incl. Miles & More customers)
  • Calculating and issuing tickets incl. re-issues
  • Issuing of PEVs
  • To process refunds, TODs, replacement documents and excess luggage
  • Carry out all check-in procedures
  • Carry out boarding incl. gate-closing tasks
  • File passenger irregularity reports
  • Issue Weight and Balance documents
  • Carry out post flight duties
  • Ensure necessary communication with relevant departments
  • Coordination and supervision of all aspects of the workflow on the apron
  • To carry out last minute changes
  • Provide assistance to passengers with special needs
  • Focus on generating and increasing ancillary revenues in all areas
  • Assist with admin. tasks
  • Carry out all gate related task
