As a WORKING STUDENT DIGITAL EXPERIENCE, I am a key player in delivering real impact in digitizing the travel experience of numerous clients of the Lufthansa Group. I help shaping the future of Digital Hangar within the Digital Hangar Company building team, a Community of Practice or Value Stream. 

  • Design Support – Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile features 
  • UI & Component Maintenance – Help manage and update Figma libraries, ensure visual consistency, and prepare assets 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with UX/UI designers, UX writers, product owners, and developers across the PPL value stream 
  • User Research Support – Assist with usability testing, competitor research, and benchmarking 
  • Design Handoff – Deliver specifications, flows, and visual assets to development teams 
  • Documentation & Review – Maintain design documentation, prepare presentations, and join team critiques

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master’s program in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Communication Design, or a related field 
  • Ideally, you already hold a bachelor’s degree and are in a master’s program 
  • You have gained first internship or practical experience in design, product, or tech environments 
  • You bring strong communication skills and enjoy open, trust-based collaboration 
  • You’re interested in Generative AI and have already gained some initial experience with it 
  • You work in a structured, reliable, and organized way 
  • You’re familiar with Figma, Microsoft 365, and modern design tools 
  • Experience in agile ways of working, project coordination, or design systems is a plus 
  • You’re a self-starter with a hands-on mentality 
  • Fluency in English is required; German is a plus
