As an IT Product Manager HR IT, you will:

  • Manage and support HR IT applications (SAP HCM& SAP SF), ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Act as the go-to person for HR application-related issues, including 3rd-level support & provider management
  • Build and customize reports based on business needs (SAP SuccessFactors Report Story / SAP HCM)
  • Collect, analyze, and translate business requirements into IT solutions
  • Support automation and process improvements within HR IT systems
  • Cooperate closely with colleagues in Germany, service providers, and internal stakeholders

Depending on your seniority (Junior / Regular), you will take on increasingly complex responsibilities such as leading IT projects and handling escalations.

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Report Story or SAP technology is a plus – if you don’t have it, we’ll train you
  • Analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into IT solutions
  • Knowledge of HR processes (asset) or motivation to learn
  • Languages: English & German at min. B2 level
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, customer orientation, and communication skills
  • IT experience is welcome, but an eagerness to grow in HR IT is just as valuable
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
