You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and publishing monthly flight crew rosters. You'll optimize and align roster parameters, track crew capacities, and ensure seamless coordination between planning interfaces while optimizing crew satisfaction, productivity and operational stability.

  • Build, optimize, and publish the monthly roster for flight crews, instructors and trainees, under optimization of crew satisfaction, crew productivity and operational stability.
  • Develop and assess monthly roster scenarios and set priorities aligning with capacity planning, crew control and key interfaces.
  • Monitor short-term crew capacity trends, assess potential risks, and direct short-term actions to maintain operational stability.
  • Assess and implement roster and absence change requests with a direct impact on the ongoing planning month.
  • Support cross-functional value streams with expert knowledge on roster planning processes and system functionalities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, aviation management, or equivalent education.
  • Operational mindset with the ability to assess and decide on complex planning scenarios.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or strategic resource management and familiarity with crew rostering systems and operational planning tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
